GoPink!DC's off-season conditioning program runs from December through March. Designed to maintain one's fitness year-round, the off-season program emphasizes both endurance and strength training on ergonomic machines (rowing and paddling), circuit training, and yoga. New members are encouraged to join our off-season conditioning program to get a jump-start on the upcoming season on the water.
